Fermented with 5% whole bunches in a mix of Potter fermenters and open vats, 6-10 days on skins, matured for 12 months in French oak (5% new). Full crimson-purple; a graceful medium-bodied shiraz, an entry point wine into an exceptional portfolio. Cherry and blackberry fruits flow evenly across the palate, the tannins fine and not seeking to bar entry.
